- ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS: The Sportneer ankle weights come in pairs; each single weight comes with 5 removable sandbags, which weigh 0.4 LB. Each single weight can be adjusted from 0.5 lbs to 2 lbs, and one pair can be adjusted from 1 lbs to 4 lbs by adding or removing the sandbags.
- ONE SIZE FITS MOST ANKLES. The adjustable wrist and ankle weights straps extend its length to 12.4", with easy-to-adjust velcro straps to provide a greater fit for ankles and wrists of sizes from 6 to 10.5 inches (perimeter).
